It features a diverse cast of characters that evoke a range of emotions, and it includes murder, as well as the romance we all love.
One of the other aspects of the book is that Julia knows this period so well that, as a reader, you find yourself being educated about the politics and geographical locations of the time period.
It’s a lovely read for fans of books set in the Regency period!
