The Secret Sauce is the latest novel from author M.J. Porter. It is the third book in the Erdington Mysteries.
Birmingham, England, November 1944.

The Secret Sauce is part of a series, but works great as a standalone read. It’s a book that transports you to London in 1944. It’s rich in detail with an engaging plot that keeps you turning the page. And a wonderfully wacky cast of characters who are fun to get to know, whether you’ve read previous books in the series or not.
You can tell that M.J.Porter meticulously researched the era and has a clear passion for it, as it really draws you in and has a few twists to keep you on your toes.
A thoroughly enjoyable read.
