Balans in London are known for their amazing pancakes. And now they are going one step further and have created a limited edition pancake menu to celebrate pancake day.
The special menu will be available for one day only on Tuesday 21 February across all of Balans sites.
Created by Balans executive chef Ben Mulock it’s perfect for pancake lovers. There is the American stack with warm maple butter and a choice of bacon, bananas or berries
Then the vegan matcha stack with maple syrup and your choice of bananas or berries.
For those who love chicken with their pancakes, there is the American stack topped with kimchi, truffle honey fried chicken and sesame sriracha.
And for those of you with more of a sweet tooth, there are rhubarb and ginger-baked crepes. Baked crepes filled with gingerbread creme anglaise, topped with walnuts and soft Yorkshire rhubarb.
