Such Charming Liars is the heist novel we’ve been craving since Ally Carter’s Heist Society series was published. It’s a fun standalone that Karen has been working on for awhile. As ever with her books it’s told from multiple points of view that give it lots of depths and exciting layers to peel back while getting to know the characters more. Or at least think you do.
In this book Kat is 16 so some of her choices and decisions at the start aren’t the best options. But it makes seeing her grow as a character as story progresses so much more satisfying.
It’s a thoroughly enjoyable read that throws a lot of curveballs at you in true Karen M McManus style.
