The Village Cafe in the Loire is one of those lovely reads where the setting as much as the people and the plot take centre stage. Gillian Harvey has an incredible talent for crafting stories that make you truly feel like you are in the places she describes.
It’s a lovely story, perfect sitting on a sunny day, and just absolutely losing yourself in it.
