Pedro Santos shares new single ‘Lady In Red’, which, on release day, has already reached 100k streams.
Pedro Santos continues his solo journey with the release of his second single Lady In Red, out now via BKM Artists. The emotionally-driven ballad follows his debut track Someone I Don’t Know, which has already gained over 183,000 streams in its first few weeks.
Pedro first rose to prominence as a member of the UK boy band Here At Last, building a strong fan base with 1.5 million followers on TikTok and over 500,000 on Instagram. Now, as a solo artist, his music is connecting with an even broader audience, earning praise for its emotional depth and maturity.
Lady In Red was co-written by Pedro and producer Jordan Cosmo, and mixed by Cenzo Townshend (The Rolling Stones, Snow Patrol, Kaiser Chiefs). The track features Pedro’s signature vocal range and a cinematic arrangement, with lyrics that explore vulnerability and emotional healing. Speaking about the single, Pedro explained: Lady In Red was a song that took me a while to finish alongside Jordan who produced and co-wrote it, because of how vulnerable I had to be. It made sense to take some of the song away with me to live with it for a bit. When we finished the song, everything just felt right. It’s the moment I wanted to capture – the hug I had with my mother after being at my lowest.”
The single builds on the momentum from Pedro’s debut and arrives ahead of his first solo festival performance at All Points East this August, where he’ll appear alongside Raye, Tyla, Doechii and Jade.
Earlier this year, Pedro supported alt-rock band Only The Poets on their European tour, playing to fans across the continent and meeting thousands at pop-up events and meet-and-greets. With more new music and live shows on the way, he continues to establish himself as a breakout name to watch in 2025.
