Snowy Surprises in the Highlands is the fifth book in the Scottish Highland series. It reads well as a standalone, but as part of the series, it’s a lovely visit to characters you’ve come to love. But there is enough recap of the characters’ backstories that new readers will find the book very enjoyable.
It’s a lovely, heartwarming Christmas read, full of fun mischief from Granny Isla and a few twists that keep the reader on their toes.
