False Witness is a fantastic read. Having thoroughly enjoyed the first book in the series, I was looking forward to reading this one. And it did not disappoint.
One of John Carson’s numerous strengths as a writer is the ability to create flawed and relatable characters that you instantly connect with. Liam is a fascinating character with so many layers, which this book explores even more than the first one did.
The story is fast-paced and keeps you guessing while pulling no punches.
As crime thrillers go, this is a fantastic book and series that is well worth a read!
