It is forbidden to perform magic spells in front of humans, but some rules are made to be broken. Queenie, top dog at Kymera, is not always happy about Kat stepping out of line. But her Archie comes first and, as far as Kat is concerned, nobody gets away with upsetting Olivia. The two fairy queens living in the treehouse also want to keep their home. And they can grant wishes!

Kat the Dog is a lovely, magical, and fantasy-filled read. It immediately transports you into Kat’s world, and you quickly meet a fantastic cast of characters, many of whom she considers her friends and family. And she is very protective of them. I really loved the relationship between Kat and Olivia as ut was so special as yoy could see how much they cared for each other despite one being a dog and the other being human.
While it’s a book aimed at younger readers, it’s a book that transcends age, and everyone can enjoy it!
