Two Door Cinema Club announce first UK & Ireland arena headline tour in seven years.
The five-date arena run will take place in January 2027, celebrating the 15th anniversary of the band’s debut album, Tourist History. Fans can expect to hear the album performed in full, alongside a selection of fan favourites and hits from across the band’s career.
Released in 2010, Tourist History helped define an era of indie music with tracks including What You Know, Something Good Can Work, Undercover Martyn and I Can Talk. Fifteen years on, it remains one of the standout indie albums of its generation and marked the beginning of the band’s journey from intimate club venues to arenas around the world.
The tour begins at Dublin’s 3Arena on 23 January, before heading to Belfast’s SSE Arena on 24 January. It then continues to Glasgow’s OVO Hydro on 26 January, Manchester’s AO Arena on 27 January, before concluding with a show at London’s The O2 on 28 January 2027.
Speaking about the announcement, the band said:
“It’s been over seven years since we’ve done a UK and Ireland tour. Each and every one of these cities holds a special place in our hearts, we’ve played almost every venue there is to play in each of them, now it’s time for the big ones. We can’t wait.”
The announcement follows a huge period for the band, including a headline show at Madison Square Garden and a sold-out performance at Crystal Palace Park in front of 25,000 fans.
Joining them on the tour will be a strong lineup of special guests. The Royston Club will support the Dublin and Belfast dates, while Circa Waves and Arkayla will appear in Glasgow, Manchester and London.
After more than seven years away from UK and Ireland headline shows, this anniversary tour promises to be a celebration of one of indie music’s defining debut albums, while giving fans the chance to revisit the songs that helped launch Two Door Cinema Club onto the world stage.
Tickets on sale from Friday 3rd July on Ticketmaster.com.
