The Seventh Gate by Rae Devine is the seventh and final book in the Seven Gates series, where each one is designed to be read in one sitting.
Bella Blackwood is the Devil’s wife, Queen of the Damned, and a woman who has never been content to play by Hell’s rules.
But even a Queen cannot control everything.
Old enemies are gathering, and ancient powers long buried threaten to destroy everything Bella, Samir and Lucien have fought to build.
For Samir and Lucien, the question is no longer who Bella belongs to, but what they are prepared to sacrifice to keep her.
And in Hell, sacrifice is never a simple matter.
These stories are sins – brief, potent and cumulative.
Seven Gates. One descent.
The Seventh Gate is the last book in what has been an epic and jawdropping series. And one that if your a lover of dark romance will likely talk about for years, and will become one you re-read many times. It was a brilliant end to a series that has been consistently good. Every book got better and what I have enjoyed is they aren’t that long so it’s just enough to satisfy your craving for something dark.
This book really shows off Bella, Samir and Lucien’s devotion to their relationship and the passion they have is still electric, even as enemies old and new conspire to destroy everything they have built and hold dear. One thing Rae has consistently done is balance character developement and growth, with sizzingly and delicously dark romance while never compromising on the plot. And this seventh book is everything anyone who has enjoyed this series needs it to be!
