The Little Mix ladies have released a piece of pure pop perfection with their sixth studio album Confetti.
After an entire weekend listening to it we can safely say confetti is an album that has no bad tracks. Each track has a purpose, to get you singing and dancing along.
The entire album is a feel-good masterpiece. We didn’t think they could top LM5, but they have with Confetti. While LM5 was Jade, Jesy, Leigh-Anne and Perrie saying everything they’ve ever wanted to say, Confetti, is them saying this who we are, we know our worth as recording artists and we don’t give a sh*t what people think about us.
Tracks like Gloves Up and Not A Pop Song are catchy examples of this.
Title track Confetti again is empowering and could be a showstopping number on the band’s tour next year.
My Love Won’t You Down is the big ballad of the Confetti era. The vocals by all 4 girls are absolutely beautiful. It’s a song for lovers, friends, family. of being there for someone no matter what. It’s as haunting and as stunning both in its musical arrangement and vocals as Secret Love Song is.
Little Mix has not disappointed with Confetti, it’s arguably their best album to date and showcases the talents of 4 ladies who know exactly who they are as a band and now are not afraid to speak up and say what they want!
