Murder at Ravens Gate is one of those books that while it is a cosy mystery has a little bit of everything thrown in. It has ghosts, murder, romance, lots of mayhem and even some history. It keeps you on your toes and intrigued in the best way possible so you just have to keep turning the pages to see what happens next.
While it is quite chaotic, the plot unfolds really nicely and it all fits together seemlessly and builds up to a rather unexpected ending.
