Lady Gaga has unveiled a collaboration with luxury champagne brand Dom Pérignon, which may quite possibly be one of our favourite collabs of 2021.
The artistic project, shot by renowned photographer Nick Knight, is a ‘celebration of how pushing boundaries of creation, constant reinvention and passionate dedication to one’s craft can elevate us, individually and collectively.
The Rain On Me hitmaker posted on Instagram ‘I am very excited to announce my collaboration with @domperignonofficial! Dom Pérignon and I are both driven by the need for creative freedom 🎨 and we’re excited to share the Queendom with you, an artistic universe we created with my dear friend @nick_knight!’.
“Creative Freedom is Power”, is a minute-long. It sees Lady Gaga trapped inside a crystal ball, while another long-nailed Gaga wraps her hands around it. Throughout the clip, Gaga poses with a bottle of Dom Pérignon.
As part of the campaign, Lady Gaga will raise funds for the Born This Way Foundation by selling 110 personally-designed sculptures, which showcase the Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2006.
The partnership is expected to last two years, with other collaborations between Lady Gaga and Dom Pérignon yet to be announced.
