It’s Sunshine, chickens and feel-good vibes in Liam Payne’s new music video

Liam Payne has released the music video for his latest track, the feel-good anthem, “Sunshine” which features in the upcoming movie Ron Goes Wrong.

Ron Goes Wrong tells the story of Barney, a socially awkward middle-schooler and Ron, his new walking, talking, digitally connected device, which is supposed to be his “Best Friend out of the Box.” Ron’s hilarious malfunctions set against the backdrop of the social media age, launch them into an action-packed journey in which boy and robot come to terms with the wonderful messiness of true friendship. “Ron’s Gone Wrong” features the voices of Zach Galifianakis, Jack Dylan Grazer, Olivia Colman, Ed Helms, Justice Smith, Rob Delaney, Kylie Cantrall, Ricardo Hurtado, Marcus Scribner, Thomas Barbusca. 

The film is directed by Sarah Smith (who also co-wrote the script with Peter Baynham) and Jean-Philippe Vine with Octavio E. Rodriguez co-directing. Julie Lockhart and Lara Breay producing, with Locksmith chairman Elisabeth Murdoch, Sarah Smith and Peter Baynham serving as executive producers. 

In addition to Sunshine being featured in the film, Liam also voices a character. In the live stream, he did before the music video premiered he told fans that one of the chickens in the video was called Nugget.
