Byron Burgers have released an amazing limited edition burger, Hot Trick, just in time for Halloween.
The new Hot Trick burger is full of “Heat. Crunch. Spice and something very nice!”
We recently went to Byron Burgers in Covent Gardens to try it, and we think we may just be living off them for the next month as they are that nice.
The Hot Trick combines the juiciness of a 6oz beef patty, tangy American cheese, smoky chorizo, deep-fried spicy jalapenos, chipotle ketchup, ranch dressing, and crisp lettuce.

Usually, we aren’t a fan of ketchup but the chipotle flavour works really well with the rest of the ingredients and balances them out. We also love a bit of spice with our food so the fried spicy jalapenos were a wonderful addition. We also added the two chilli’s that come with the burger for decoration on as well for even more heat.
We had fries as well which were bottomless and we could have as many portions as we wanted. But we really full after the burger so only managed one.
Byron Burger is really going all out for Halloween this year as not only have they introduced the “Hot Trick” burger but If you turn up to any Byron restaurant in full fancy dress this Halloween (on the 29th, 30th or 31st October 2021), you will receive a free side, from the all-new sides menu…choose from dirty fries, Byron slaw, onion rings, mac and cheese, halloumi fries – you name it and they most probably offer it. Better still, wash it down with Byron’s crowning glory – a thick milkshake! Oreo, strawberry, vegan salted caramel shakes to name a few. (*Eat-in only. Must purchase a full-priced burger. Not in conjunction with any other offer.)
