Harry Styles has released his highly anticipated third studio album, Harry’s House. After the huge success of Fine Line, this was the album everyone was waiting for.
It doesn’t disappoint!
Harry’s House is an album you can listen to and sit and speculate for hours about what Harry means with the lyrics. But really does it matter? Harry is a big fan of using metaphors to describe things. Things that mean something to him on a personal level but will mean something else to others listening. That’s the pure beauty of music it’s open for interpretation and in Harry’s House, you are widely encouraged to let the music play and relate your own life and experiences to it.

In many of the interviews, he has done to promote the album, Harry has stated that he feels that this is his most personal work to date and we think it’s the one that listeners will connect to the easiest.
It’s the record you have playing in the background when hosting a dinner party, with many of Harry’s vocals on the 13 tracks being very easy to listen to. It’s the album you put on and dance around the kitchen to, or sing along to in the car on a long car journey. Or the soundtrack to hazy summer nights with family. It’s extremely versatile and lends itself to the listener’s every mood.
Harry’s House ultimately is a journey, it starts with Music For a Sushi Restaurant ( could the title be any more epic?) and has numerous points of reflection and introspection from Harry, with tracks like Late Night Talking, the breathtaking and emotive Matilda and the yearning longing of Daylight before wrapping up with Love of my Life. Both Music For a Sushi Restaurant and Love of my Life are perfect bookends for the journey the listener goes on if they choose to experience the album sequentially. And that’s something everyone must do at least once to understand the nuances and journey Harry is taking you on with Harry’s House.
