Pedro Santos is back with his first single of 2026, and it’s a big one. New track I Don’t Know Me is out now via BKM Artists, and it sees the Portuguese-born, UK-based singer-songwriter leaning into his most open and emotionally charged writing yet.
Soaring and anthemic, I Don’t Know Me explores self-identity through big melodies and raw, honest lyrics. Pedro co-wrote the track with Jack Dean Britten, Rene Miller and Mike Needle, and it’s already been building serious momentum. After teasing it to his combined following of more than two million fans, the song racked up around 20,000 pre-saves in just a few weeks.
Speaking of the single, Pedro said, “This single is probably the most vulnerable I’ve been yet. I wrote the song about my relationship with music but social media has given it its own life and people are relating to it in so many different ways. From it being about loved ones, pets and family members to even applying to their own religion. I can’t express how happy I am that this is happening – it’s all I’ve ever wanted my music to be to others. I always find that when I’m in a session writing about a specific scenario, the song always takes off in other directions and begins to make sense to others in a very different light to what I had intended.”
After a year packed with major support slots, Pedro is now heading out on his first-ever headline tour this February. He’ll be playing across the UK and Europe, including a London date at The Garage on 10 February. Shows in Amsterdam and Cologne are already sold out, with only a handful of tickets left for the rest of the tour.

2025 was a big year for him too. He supported Cian Ducrot and Only The Poets, and made his festival debut at All Points East, sharing the bill with Raye, Tyla and Jade.
I Don’t Know Me follows a run of strong releases including The Way You Do, Someone I Don’t Know and Lady In Red. The latter has now passed 3.2 million streams on Spotify alone, helping cement Pedro as one of the most exciting emerging artists to watch right now.
