There are Guinness World Records, and then there are moments that feel genuinely special. And Harry Styles has managed to combine both.
Harry Styles has officially become the artist with the longest single-run residency at Wembley Stadium, after completing an incredible 12 sold-out shows as part of his Together, Together tour.
Originally scheduled for just six nights, the run doubled in size after overwhelming demand, with the final show on 4 July officially securing Harry a new Guinness World Record. In doing so, he surpassed the previous record of ten Wembley shows, set by Coldplay during their Music of the Spheres tour.
While breaking records is impressive enough, it was what happened afterwards that made the evening even more memorable.
After the final show, Harry and the tour crew were presented with the Guinness World Records certificate on stage. Rather than keeping the moment for himself, Harry made sure members of the wider touring team would also receive their own certificates, recognising the countless people behind the scenes who helped make the historic run possible.

It was a lovely reminder that achievements like this are never down to one person.
Then came one final surprise.
Harry’s sister, Gemma Styles, walked on stage to celebrate the milestone, unveiling a banner marking the end of the 12-night residency before sharing an emotional tribute to her younger brother.
Instead of talking about sold-out stadiums or world records, Gemma spoke about Harry as a brother, an uncle and a best friend, telling the crowd how proud she was not only of everything he has achieved, but of the person he has become and the community that has grown around him over the last 16 years.
Records are made to be broken, but some moments stay with people for entirely different reasons. Watching Harry celebrate alongside the crew who made those twelve nights possible, before sharing the stage with his sister, felt like one of those moments.
Speaking onstage, Gemma said:
“My little brother is about to finish a record breaking 12 night run. I don’t think of you as ‘this’ at all in day-to-day life. I think of you as a brother, an uncle and a best friend. And seeing the incredible community that has formed around you, is just indescribable. Thank you to everyone who has been here with you over the last 12 nights and the last 16 years.
I’m so proud of you. I’m proud of who you are, and who you allow other people to be and the impact that you have on so many. Thank you for being you, and thank you for letting us watch. I love you so much. Please – help me congratulate you on a historic 12 nights at Wembley!”
The Wembley residency forms part of Harry’s Together, Together tour, which will see him perform 67 shows across seven cities, supporting the release of his fourth studio album, KISS ALL THE TIME. DISCO, OCCASIONALLY.
The tour is also continuing Harry’s long-standing support for Choose Love, while the Wembley dates have raised money for LIVE Trust through a £1 donation from every ticket sold to help support grassroots music across the UK.
