PHOEBE AXA releases ‘Panic’ a pop song that will have you hooked from the first listen

PHOEBE AXA has released her latest single ‘Panic’. ‘Panic’ is a pop song that will have you hooked from the from the first listen. With a huge chorus and deeply personal lyrics, it’s a track you will be adding to all your playlists and be listening to on repeat.

Talking about the track on a press release Phoebe commented, ” “Panic is a comment on mental health and inner demons. It’s about being in a constant state of crisis to the point where nearly everything makes you panic. It’s also a bit of an angry letter addressed to the world and how it works – it came after a month-long panic attack for me. It’s fear and frustration at a boiling point.”

‘Panic’ comes after two years of huge growth for Phoebe’s career. Her 2020 single ‘Hurts A Little Less’ was chosen by Josh Franceschi of You Me At Six on Radio 1 as part of his Future Artist’s Mixtape, picking his favourite new artists.

Phoebe also showcased her production prowess at BBC Introducing Live with a masterclass on how she produces from her garage before being BBC Introducing London’s first featured artist of 2021.  In addition, Phoebe has created The Flipped Series on her Instagram and TikTok which sees her performing a cover but flipping the genre on its head – it kicked off with  a folk cover of Kate Bush’s ‘Running Up That Hill’, an indie cover of Dua Lipa’‘We’re Good’ and more.

2021 saw the release of Phoebe’s first EP ‘Wisdom Teeth Pt. 1’, a collection of songs written from the ages of 15 to 18 – all written, recorded and produced by Phoebe herself at home.  She also performed a sold-out show at London’s Omeara.
