Riley Green has shared another preview of his upcoming album That’s Just Me with the release of new single Go Again, featuring fellow Alabama singer-songwriter Hannah McFarland.
Written by Riley, Go Again explores that familiar feeling of knowing it’s time to walk away while still wishing for one more moment. Built around warm acoustic guitars and understated production, the song lets the storytelling take centre stage, while the vocals from Riley and Hannah bring two different perspectives to the same emotional conversation.
It’s also a fitting collaboration. Hannah has spent the last few years touring alongside Riley, and the pair’s natural chemistry comes through from the very first verse.
Go Again is the third track to be released from That’s Just Me, following My Way – which recently featured on CBS drama Marshals – and the summer anthem Think As You Drunk. Produced by Dann Huff, the album arrives on 18 September.
Away from the studio, Riley has had one of the busiest years of his career. He recently made his acting debut in Marshals, scored his seventh country radio number one with Change My Mind, picked up an ACM Award for Music Event of the Year and was announced as a coach for the upcoming 30th season of The Voice. He’s also continued his sold-out Cowboy As It Gets Tour, with another ten dates recently added for the autumn.
