Matt Dinnadge has announced he is releasing his first single ‘Gaia’ taken from his upcoming EP which will be released later this year.
‘Gaia’ and the overall idea for the EP came about from touring the world in 2021 with Louis Tomlinson as part of his band. Matt decided to start one new idea every day, with every stop on the extensive world tour providing inspiration for the songs.
In the post announcing the release of the track, Matt stated that ‘Gaia’ is the most synth-heavy track on the EP. The cover for his first release will be under the moniker ‘DNAGE’ and was designed by his very talented wife Natalia who is a writer and director, the pair married last year.
Matt’s plan is to work on new music, release the EP and then release further music throughout the year. Matt’s bandmates on tour with Louis have also released their own music with Isaac Anderson releasing an EP last year and heading out on a pretty much sold-out European tour later this month where he will be supported by Michael Blackwell as his opener.
In a recent tweet, Matt thanked everyone for pre-saving his new track saying he had over 500 pre-saves on Spotify so far.
